Mother’s Day Angst
No need – it’s about your Mother and everyone has one, regardless. Just in case your forgot, here are a couple of journals or colouring books that you can download and send Mum, or. yourself, Yes, you can. use these too – best thing ever for mindless scribbling, or for tearing out pages and handing over to your Mum, child or grandchild.
Yes, but…to be frank, I prefer to journal, and so I’ve been scribbling, randomly, but not arbitrarily, a few prompts are good to keep your thoughts collected, and creative.

Sharing my own Mother’s journeys
Yes, literally journeys, these are the photos of my Mum and my Mum-in-law, both of whom I loved dearly. Between them, as military wives, they moved a total of 30 times, very often on their own, with children, dogs and baggage.
One day I think I will create a “journal” that they might have kept – do you think that’s a good idea for a book?
You could use it too, and in between use the colouring images to calm ourselves down.

I think writing a book based on your mother’s journals would be an excellent idea!
