A brief record of assorted angsts about this trip
- It’s a dangerous place – well, no more than Bombay, Delhi or Bali. And?
- No one can speak English. For the record, I’ve been warned that the bus drivers don’t..but I haven’t tried a bus as yet. Most other people do.
- The flight is too long – yes it is. Try sleeping.
- Everything’s expensive – sad but true.
- I’ll come back all “wholly” – this is Corina’s comment. Please use French accent!!
- I’ll put on weight. Sigh what shall I say?
